My name is Rich. I’m a business owner (Proforma Marblehead Marketing & Majestic Meadows) and a full time dad. My daughter Lauren is 21 and is an Interior Design major at Florida State University. She’s got her mom’s creative touch! My son Mattie is 18 and was born with Down Syndrome. Mattie is happy, healthy, handsome and extremely smart (clever) He keeps me on my toes :-) Mattie is headed for a career in hospitality without a doubt!
My wife Lisa passed away in 2016 after a long battle with cancer. The good lord blessed us with 2 amazing kids!
Majestic Meadows is a family run business. Me (Rich), Lauren & Mattie. The property was built by my dad (Al) and his wife (Joan) in 1999. In 2018, I started the process of restoring the property to what his vision might have been. I'm not sure exactly what that vision was, but I'm pretty sure that he would be proud of what we've done to restore this very special place.
It is a very special place. Whoever stays here will understand why!

My daughter Lauren. A senior in Interior Design at FSU (Go Noles) I know we live in the middle of Gator country :-)
She's so talented. Just like her mom was!
My son Mattie. 18 and born with down syndrome, which basically means nothing other than I have to have a lot of patience. He's smart, handsome, happy and never judges people. He's my hero in so many ways.
